Bennet Cocktails - This lime flavour cocktails was invented in the 1920s. Originally it was served 'straight up' without the sugar.
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
2 measure gin
2/3 measure lime juice
1/3 measure sugar syrup
1 dash syrup
Method:
- Half fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and bitters.
- Shake the strain into a cocktail glass.
