Bloody Mary - In 1921 harry,s New York Bar in was the birthplace of this Classic drink.
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
2 measures vodka
5 measures tomato juice
½ teaspoon lemon juice
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1-2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 celery stalk with leaves ( optional )
Method :
- In a highball glass two-thirds filled with ice cubes,
pour the tomato juice, lemon juice and vodka.
- Add the spice and stir
- Garnish with the lime wedge and celery stick.
- Add a stirrer.
- Play around with the quantities of spice and sauce : some people
like it mild, some ,as they say, like it hot!
