Get a Sound Sleep :
Eat a variety of foods, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Try to avoid sugars, chocolate, cola drinks, tea, coffee, all of which have toxins that can affect the nervous system and prevent sleep.
Avoid eating just before going to bed.
Stop working at least an hour before bedtime, and try reading something light.

Avoid smoking, which causes wrinkles, reduces lung capacity, and is a primary cause of cancer.
