Prevent and Treat Cancer

Keep saying good-bye to cigarette or cigar. People habituated in smoking are more than 10 times more likely to develop lung cancer, and up to 40 percent of all cancer deaths are caused by smoking.

If you are habituated in alcoholic drinks heavily, try to reduce the consumption. Heavy alcohol consumption accelerates your risk of cancers of the liver, mouth, esophagus, and larynx.

Cut down on fat in your diet. A high-fat diet is related to the promotion of several types of tumors.

Avoid sun burning. Skin cancer is caused primarily by sunburn.

Eat a good diet. Up-to 40 percent of cancer patients actually die of malnutrition.

Find a support group to share your worries. Stress can lower immune activity and energy levels, among other things, which can make your body less likely to deal adequately with carcinogens and cancer cells.

Get some exercise every day, which help to increase circulation and encourage all body system to work more efficiently.

Make enough time to relax properly, perhaps through meditation or yoga.

Boost your Immune system

Make sure that you have plenty of sleep.

Drink lots of fresh, bottled purified water, which helps to cleanse the system.

Get plenty of exercise each day.

Take a good multivitamins and mineral supplement to insure that you have adequate quantities of nutrients with immune- boosting activity. These include vitamins A, B-complex, C, E and the minerals zinc and selenium.
